Benny Kim has been a licensed realtor in California since 1987. Benny has been very successful from the beginning because of his nature and tenacity.  He has received local as well as national recognition from Century 21 Real Estate, the nations top real estate organization, for his expertise in the field in general as well as performance in the local market.  He is ranked among the top 1% in market share and top 1% of all realtors in the United States.  Benny has earned the Chairman’s Circle award, has been a Centurion agent for 20+ years and a Hall of Fame member.

Originally from South Korea, Benny graduated from City University of New York where he studied Environmental Health Science.  His back ground as an environmental engineer has given Benny a solid advantage in attending to detail in a Real Estate career that began here in Southern California.  Benny has put together a solid support staff to meet customer needs that included his wife Sophia Kim and Transaction Coordinator Darlene Vigil.  He has two sons, Mark and Peter.

In 1998 Benny was given the opportunity to expand and entered the world of bank owned properties sales.  He represents many financial institutions in the liquidation of their properties including Broker Price Options.  The necessary research for this detailed analysis gives him an edge in the understanding of today’s REO market. He is a member of the Tri-Counties Board of Realtors, Director for Eastern/Inland Empire Korean Realtor Association and Vice President for AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America) Greater Los Angeles chapter.
